Need a kick start on your health & fitness journey?!   Try our Introduction to SoulPower, COME AS YOU ARE!  Great for beginners or those simply needing a refresher!  Motivation is what gets you started, let us help! 


Foundational & Mobility Focused 

Mental is the first piece of the puzzle, and secondly the piece of how we can nurture our physical performance safely, and reduce our risk of injury.  And this is why our Intro to SoulPower is designed to make you feel safe, confident & successful in starting your new lifestyle! 

Book in for a one-on-one session with our instructor Ang and you will learn proper physical execution and mechanics of important exercises such as the squat, pushup, clean and press, deadlift and various kettlebell exercises.  As well if necessary, will give you the opportunity to learn required modifications to customize exercises for your individual needs so that you can transfer your skills safely into any of our group fitness classes you wish. 

Ang also specializes in Joint, Mobility & Movement, therefore will incorporate some exercises that you can learn and practise at home to improve your everyday movement patterns, why not right?! 

Also included is a quick 101 on proper spin bike setup.  Let's do this!
