Chair Yoga is suitable for everyBODY, an all levels yoga practice using a chair for support. Sequences will contain a chair section, standing section, and floor work. All poses can be modified to practice in a chair if required for mobility. Very popular for older adults or those brand new to yoga, those in a wheelchair or even those with limited mobility!
