Older Adult Functional Fitness Class
This gentle fitness session will include functional strength training, light cardio, exercises and yoga to improve balance, stability and flexibility. Although this session will benefit older adults, it may also be perfect for you if you are out of shape, overweight, have diabetes or have limited flexiblity, mobility or strength.

Tracy Stephensen is a Senior Critical Alignment Yoga Therapist trained in Critical Alignment Therapy by Gert Van Leeuwen. She’s been teaching Yoga for Backs since 2012. She has obtained the Forever In Motion Training and has experience teaching to older adults, and has also specialized in teaching therapeutically to people who have chronic illness/disease such as fibromyalgia, cancer, and arthritis.
