SoulCamp (outdoors May-June)

 Outdoor Soul Camps are designed for participants with beginner to intermediate experience in a group training setting. Elements of cardio, short distance jogging, agility, body weight exercises, strength training (medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, and tension bands), are included in every Camp!  THIS is the ultimate outdoor workout to get it ALL done!

Who can do this?

The scalability of our workouts allows intermediate participants and beginners to train as a team!  The camps are lead by qualified coaches in a welcoming, safe and supportive environment.  Suitable for both men & women, and even teens 14+!

Location & Rates

Meet us at the Kinsmen Park Martensville tennis courts, off 3rd street N.  Our Soul Camp classes will run until the end of September! 

Outdoor Bootcamp Season is closed for 2019, watch for Spring 2020!!
