Why Yoga When Pregnant?
Our Prenatal Yoga sessions focus on interweaving safe yoga postures, pelvic floor work, meditation and breath awareness suitable for pregnancy. These therapeutic applications are helpful in reducing the discomfort of common prenatal aches and pains, as well as calm the mind and help the expecting mother to stay emotionally grounded during this evolving time in her life.
