Option 3: Individual Motivation
1 - ON - 1 training includes: task specific programming to fast track you towards your personal goals, homework (if required), and Ang will provide you with the essentials to an Eat-Clean lifestyle!

What to expect: Ang utilizes her kettlebell/mobility training & quality experience to employ the multidisciplinary approach of combining strength and cardio for improved conditioning, RESULTS, and lifestyle performance! A pre-determined intensity based on "your" personal goals, will determine your individualized OR group programming and will include full body, functional training that will incorporate the pillars of movement to train your body for a successful, injury free life!
