SoulMove... for life!  WHAT IS IT? SoulMove with Kim gives you all the fitness training you need – light cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility – in just one hour. Get stronger, fitter, and healthier with inspiring music, weight plates, body weight, and simple step and kickboxing movements for light cardio. We want to get YOU moving, and moving well! This program will help get you started (young to old) and will keep you coming back for more!

This program is a great launching pad into our programs: Group Power, Group Ride, and Group Centergy.

IS IT FOR ME? SoulMove is ideal for you if: 

  1. You want an energetic, exciting, total body workout.

  2. You are a new exerciser or getting back into fitness, because there is a variety of intensity options offered, from step height to exercise and equipment variations.

  3. You want to add training variety to your workout routine, including strength, power, balance, coordination, mobility and flexibility, NOT using the barbell just body weight and plates. Teaching your body to move well!

  4. You are experienced or brand new to training with The STEP, because SoulMove is more about the physical workout rather than the mental complexity of many freestyle step or kickboxing classes. No fancy just fantastic results!
