EVENT INFORMATION & PARTICIPATION:

START OR JOIN A TEAM TODAY!  Join us on Friday, July 26, 2019 for a high energy spin-a-thon fundraising event like no other!  The 117 Centennial Drive Mville parking lot will be transformed into a one-of-a-kind, high energy spin party!  Expect lots of pulsing music from local DJ Precision Sound,  food, drinks and COMMUNITY! Whether this will be your first or hundredth time on a spin bike, it's guaranteed to be an evening to remember!

TEAM DRESS UP CONTEST - BEST COSTUME WINS A FANTASTIC PRIZE! THEME…

Bright At Night!!

Participants have the option to:
1) Put a team of 4 in to ride relay style for 2.5 hours - each team member will ride for 30 minutes!

2) Put a team of 2 or 3 in to ride relay style - Each person takes a ride or two!

3) Participate as an individual and ride for 2.5 hours!  

4) LOCAL BUSINESS?  sponsor your own bike, receive community exposure!  Employee's night out! 

100% of participant fundraising will go towards STARS Air Ambulance!

How much does it cost?

There is no cost up front to register a team and can be done by calling Rochelle (306) 222-0796 OR via the MindBody app under the date July 26, 2019!  We are asking each team to raise $1000 to help reach our total goal of $20,000, YES incredibly exciting!!  

What if I don't think I can fundraise $1000?  

For teams of four, the fundraising goal breaks down to only $250 per person, but NOTE you DON'T NEED to raise this much to participate, it's just a goal we have set per team.  And based on our event last year, this is a level that most individuals can attain if they put their minds to it and is a great motivator for people to get involved!  Some creative ways that people have raised money in the past includes:

  • Hosting a bbq at work and charging a small fee

  • Bake Sales

  • Donating money from bottle for holding a bottle drive

  • Steak nights

  • Emailing friends and family, and using social networking to ask for support

What tools do we provide to help with fundraising?

As soon as you register, you are provided with your very own team page that allows anyone who wants to support you to donate online!  You can customize your page to share your own story and photos of why you are doing the event!  So you can get your network of friends, family and communities involved through email and social channels, and they can support you with a few clicks on your Team Page!
