You can have your baby in a carrier OR your baby can lay on a blanket or rest in his/her carseat. And DON'T worry... You can break to nurse or change diapers at anytime you need to!

Mommy & Little Bean Fitness
Mommy & Little Bean Fitness is a playful and effective approach to a traditional style boot camp class AND includes your little bean (baby - all the way up to age 5). This workout time helps to create a bond with your child and provides a great workout at the same time.
It’s a great place to start...
Perfect if you are new to exercise or have not exercised in a long time. Also ideal for anyone who doesn’t have childcare and just wants to get their sweat on with us at SoulPower! With your favorite kick by your side, you will get it all - cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility! Little Beans are included in all components of the workout!

Why Yoga When Pregnant?
Our prenatal class offers a gentle, less strenuous sequences of poses that will help build stability & stamina, while stretching and connecting deeply with yourself and baby. Sam will offer a number of variations and use props (belts, bolsters, blocks, or chairs) to make poses comfortable and available to you during each stage of your pregnancy; you may also use more props as your baby grows. RELAX, make more space for baby, and bond.
