Our workout will strengthen your arms, neck and back strained by nursing, improve muscle imbalance left behind from pregnancy, and restore and tone glute/core strength to the postnatal body, ending with blissful yoga stretches. So much more than just a class!! It’s a moment in your mommy day that will make you do something for yourself while you bond with your baby! Get fit, enjoy adult conversation, great endorphins and bond with your baby.

What should I bring?
You can workout with your baby in a carrier OR your baby can lay on a blanket or rest in his/her carseat. And DON'T worry... You can break to nurse or change diapers at anytime you need to!
